question is...how does he run a turbo with just the stock setup. Can it handle it? No mods done as of yet. I was seriously considering it, still am. He's only pushing 100 more hp now. minus the cai, catback, and other goodies.

The stock fuel system can NOT support turbo. You MUST HAVE some sort of fuel management to increase the fuel as you increase in boost.

Exactly what I was saying...I was interested in puttin a nice T4 in mine. Gotta do a build up on parts first. Gimme a run down. I do believe this is the first 9th gen TURBO that I've seen, but he's only pushin about 75 hp. You can get a S/C to do that

The S/C comes with a piggyback A/F controller and fifth injector. You could do something similar for turbo and make pretty decent power. The Matrix guys have gone this route and make over 230HP no problem.

Hey Italia, you can get this bumper and others at www.versusmotorsports.com Just put the info in for 04 Corolla. I believe it's the Revolution. I have the new Skyline one ready to be put on for our SoCal meet this Sunday. Hey Turbo, maybe I'll just skip the hassle of only 230hp and buy an 04-05 WRX.

Then you can be like every other little 16 year who just got his license and is out to kill himself and others before he hits 17...

That or maybe you're 45 and having a midlife crisis and can't afford that c6 corvette or the Porsche 911...

ouch , jeff i though the mid life crisis mobile these days was the 350z convertable i see so many old men driving those, 45k ...... they shoulda got the vette

wrx's are fun to drive reliable but they really dont have character, they look mean and hard but also goofy at the same time

plus all the 0-60 power is lost after 60mph they are pretty slow freeway machines

but wtf, you people shouldnt drive that fast anyways going from a 100hp rolla to a wrx is too harse a jump

well as my opinion the new corolla style and the word fast isnt in the same sentence, even its a 300 1zz turbo monster it still looks slow and bubbly

You know it's amazing how well you guys know me ie Turbo1zz, phil...I'm not 16 and niether am I 45. I have driven a WRX and done a lot of research on this. To each his own right? I do love my 04, but I dont like not having the power to accompany the look. Phil, I understand you dont like the WRX look. I do, and thats that. Believe it, I can drive...thats why I have a license. So would you guys also say that making a change from a car to a motorcycle is harsh or maybe you think a coupe to a nice big ford 3500 is crazy...
