    Getting my car lowered

How much do you pay to get your cars springs installed? I want to get a Tein with 2 inches of drop, is this OK for speed bumps I have to go through 6 bumps on my community? And will it lessen the drag that i get on the freeway when going 110mph

Hey you dont drive a Corolla how will you know? drag is a problem at 3 digit speeds. YOU GET MORE DRAG BECAUSE YOU DRIVE A BOX

yeah well i used to. and corollas arent race cars so if you're going for an aerodyamic car you better be doing some fancy body modifications and testing it in a wind tunnel. you get more drag because you increase speed. every object has resistance through the medium of which it travels, everything has drag.<br />

so go race your corolla with mesh grill at 110 and revs above 4k all day, and see how long you'll live, and how long your engine will live.

it doesnt cost too much to do it yourself, and its not that bad to do it yourself, it'll just take some time.

if you're just going for springs, you can loook to spend from 70(dropzone bullshit springs) to 1000+ for real coilover set ups. shops charge anywhere from 100 to 600 to install it for you. a lot of people change the struts while swapping springs, because you already have the strut out, might as well put something that can handle the drop better than stock struts.

Tell how would it change the coefficency of drag on a corolla when its lowered. The aerodynamics is still the same buddy.

I dont drive 110 everyday I mostly do it when im on a long drive in the middle of nowhere it revs 4300 rpm at 110mph the only mods i have are CAI and a TRD thermostat i ordered from my uncle in Japan it pops at 145*f it makes the engine much cooler.

And the body kits they sell online only produces more drag i think the body should be more of those super cars.

They sell Suspension kits at Hotchkis but they cost $829 it includes Sport Coils, Sport Sway Bars, and Front Camber Plates w/strut bar and I think those struts cost $600+
