If you read the information Tein has published about the S-tech's, they state that since they (along with the H-tech's) are Tein's entry-level spring, they are specifically designed to work with OEM shocks/struts. I've had the S-tech's over a year now and they've been great. Lowered the car nicely, handles better, but still rides nice and smooth.

    Not another Tein S-Tech Question!

OK I know from reading past threads that this spring causes a lot of controversy but I want I want to know this, I've decided for the time being im keeping the stock steelies shod with Falken Zeix 195/60R14. Why spend $$ on rims when tires make the difference. With the money left over im thinking of getting the tein stech but I wanna know with all the problems I here about them would they be fine on stock diameter wheels? Also would it be best to wait untill I get my KYB AGX's to install the springs or would they be OK on stock struts for a couple of months.

So you have S-Techs on stock struts? I've been thinking about getting H-Techs on my 2001 Prizm and assumed I would need new struts as well. How many miles have you put on them and have you had any problems with your setup?
