hey vtec-killer, is that lip supposed to be that high off the ground? look at the side veiw, the front lip is higher than the side skirts or did I just not fit them in there correctly? how would you install it?

i can't remember exactly, but i think they fill up the crack, then lay fiberglass sheet.

the packaging was wrapped in bubblewrap, then a thick ass box especially in the corners then some more bubble wrap on the outside. I know why this thing keeps cracking. There is too much pressure on the corners where he put so much box packing around it. What he shoudl have done was cut a box to fit the inside grove of the lip, until its nice and solid and not bendable, then wrap that in bubble wrap. then get a box that is big enough the the whole kit and not contour the box for it, stuff the whole box with foam padding and around the lip.

Hopefully he'll catch on and start packing it differently.

hey mingww, when you fixed your lip, did you put fiberglass sheet on the outside aswell? or did you just put it in the inside and use a bodyfill to smooth out the scratch?

Does anybody know if you can add a fiberglass to a fiberglass like an attatchment? I'm thinking about adding a flair on the side of the lip so the height will match up with the side skirts. Is this possible?
