bondo at any car parts store, it sucks that its cracked but as long as its not structurally broken (im assuming you mean like little sliver cracks on it), throw some bondo on it cause im sure its not painted yet and your all set.

If its a big crack, you'll have to re-glass it for strength. Just go buy some fiberglass resin and cloth/mat at your auto store. Menards have them too.

I'll sum it up in a longer, yet more detail post:

get a fiberglass boat repair kit from your local store, and fix it that way. If the kit if cracked to where a piece that was connected isn't anymore, then your best bet would be to glass the top [outside] and bottom [inside], and of coarse if it was on the edge to glass around the edge too, the more layers you put on the better, but there is a point of diminishing returns, you don't wan't your kit to be uneven, so IMO a layer on the top and bottom, sanded smooth should do the trick.....and it may sound silly, but find DIY's for building fiberglass canoes....those people know their stuff that's how I learned.

BTW, I just thought....if it is a really deep gouge, back fill it with bondo, or plain resin, then lay over with glass, if you try to just lay a single layer of glass over it, you might run the risk of cracking down the road.
