I sometimes wonder if the sc unit for the GZE could be modified to fit the 4A/7AFE.

Also it wouldnt be so bad to custom a centrifuge unit, it'll look somewhat like the one for the TC.

.....Then what's the best kind of S/C?. There's a company called ProCharger in my state that can make custom s/c and intercolled kits for cars. Check this site: www.procharger.com

hey I called procharger and they said they do make custom parts....but basically you get the blower and the brackets and other universal tubing or whatever ....But you have to machine the parts to fit the car.......plus the parts cost $3300............thats too damn much I think.

The procharger is just a typical centrifuge unit with the exception that you dont need to route oil or water lines. But honestly routing these lines is a piece of cake. The hardest part is the mounting bracket.. the way I see it, with the procharger or any centrifugeunit, you could mount the s/c in place of the alternatorand relocate the alternator to the other side of the engine (speaking for the 93-97 gens).. then just round a charge pipe to the throttle body/intake manafold. not too bad of an idea... but still more expensive than a custom turbokit.

I would rather go with Drtweaks stage 2 turbo kit for that price.....plus its sure to fit and comes with E-manage and other essential things....

you'd need to mount the supercharger somehow, and for that you need a custom fabricated mounting bracket.
A typical centrifuge s/c (from vortech, jackson racing, etc.) costs about $2000. You could get a turbocharger for much less because they are so much more common.
