    93' 4AFE 3 speed to 4 speed swap

    Is it possible to swap out (with minimal modification)a high winding 3 speed auto in a 1993 1.6L, for a 4 speed auto from a DX for my wife's Corolla?

    Yeah probably. You would most likely need the computer from the 4-speed though.

    i was thinkin of doing that cuz my car is more on freeways and highways than side street so running 3rd gear at 110km/h really eats up the gas... but since my plans are 20v and manual tranny... i'll hav to suffer hahah
