In the books, it is illegal, In the city, Tulsa, you cant have any other light being emitted from the front of the vehicle other than yellow, white, or amber. If your outside of the city of Tulsa, the rules change, you cant have colored bulbs if you are in the central area of that suburbian or out-lying city that you live in....so basically if you live out in the country then it doesnt matter...see where im gettin at, ive already read up on it and he knows too, plus the blue bulb in the halo isnt as luminescient when he turns on his headlights cuz the light from his low beams shine right through the halo making the halo harder to see...

I'm really liking FASTROLLA96's right now cause he put the halos on the high beam and you could really see it cause its not right on the low beam area where the light really hides the halo, but if TURISMODREAMIN would change his projectors to the blueish bulbs, I'de go for his. Are those projectors the newest ones that have been showing up on Ebay? Do they really have good light output, or at least better than stock? The halo on the projectors also looks too yellowish for me, is there access the the halo bulb or led to change? Also, did you disconnect the yellow striped lights on the inside of the headlight, is that bulb interchangeable too? Just wondering cause I've been thinking of getting those projectors from ebay soon. I was actually debating between these two headlights.

Are the Halos on FASTROLLA96's streetlegal in just your state or will the manufacturer have that info???? Because in Louisiana any blue, red, or green light is considered emergency vehicles. But to be honest FASTROLLA96's looks way better.

FastRolla96 has an eyelid from an Accord so it makes his front end look mean.....n btw, yes, mine have excellent light output....look at the last picture and you cans see that they out-shine fastrolla96's and me and when me n him parked next to each other, we looked at the beam and we couldnt tell that his headlight was on compared to mine...I have a different harness which uses H3 bulbs so they change colors....right now i have Nokya H3 Arctic White bulbs so they are different colors at different angles from yellow to white to blue to red to purple, basically just like a bmw headlight minus the HID and plus i tried to take pics of it when it was blue and purple but everytime i did, they showed up white on the camera.....and for the halo, im waiting until this one place in town gets some more bulbs, which should be this friday....those are the yellowish bulbs that came with the halo, but i will change them out with the white bulbs....

Nope his isnt street legal but as long as he stays in the city, then Tulsa Police wont bother him that much....he's gonna change the bulb to white cuz when his headlights are on, you can tell something is there but u cant really tell its a halo until you get close to it

You might want to actually take a look at what is ACTUALLY written on the books. Because the law is like that here in TN, however if you actually read the law, it states that the lights have to be FLASHING or in a combination of the other colors. And since it's not flashing, then it's not illegal. I speak from experience. Cops can't touch you if that is what it says in the book.

PS..problem is you waste your gas driving to the court house just to tell the judge the cop was wrong.

Man, I got my headlights before ebay had them out and I payed $250 for them. Ya now they cost $100-$150. As for the blue color for my halos its temporary. Blue was the only color possible at that time. I'm ordering some really bright hyper whites that will match the rest of my lighting soon.

For guys here in the Southern Cali area, how would you guys think that cops would react to these new projectors. I can never get a straight answer as to their legality here.

A cop would have to be a real anal asshole to tell whether your corolla came with projectors or not. That being said, I'm sure there are alot of anal asshole cops, so be careful, even if it is legal in your area. Basically, whether its legal or not, be prepared for cops to stop you for no reason because you drive a modified car. It's always something they have to stop you for.... deep down they know it's just because they just want to check out your car though. lol
