    Crower cam sets available now from http://www.crower.com
    They should also be availbale from MWR in February...
    Cost is $438 for the pair, spring/retainer kit runs $356.
    According to Brian Crower; "HP depends on the Stage and tuning. Figure approximately 10-12 on Stage 1, 12-16 on Stage 2."

    STAGE 1
    Street use with emphasis on bottom end and mid range power.
    Works with stock springs up to factory rev limiter.
    RPM Range: Idle to 7000+

    STAGE 2 - Forced Induction
    Designed specifically for turbo or supercharger applications. Low
    duration, high lift profile. Requires Crower spring kit #84199.
    RPM Range: Idle to 8000+

    STAGE 2 - 3/4 Race
    Designed for street/strip applications in normally aspirated
    engines. Requires spring/retainer kit #84199.
    RPM Range: 1000 to 7800+

    STAGE 3 - Full Race
    Drag Race and radical Street/Strip. Requires #84199 spring kit
    and compatible ECU upgrade for optimum results. Rough idle.
    RPM Range: 1100 to 8000+

    speaking of big power. Well.. semi big power. Im use to 500hp being the big power mark for I4's :p

    Anyway someone with a 2003 corolla with 195 hp busted his tranny. Kinda sucks :(

    not too hard to change cams. did it when i rebuilt that had for my old 98 just before it got destroyed... lol took me a few hours - as long as ya have the right tools.

    with the right tools it isnt tough... just follow directions and torque correctly and get the right tools... autozone may rent them even

    TPR is working on these for the Celica, should be compatible with the other 2ZZs.

    At this stage it will require tuning; they wanted to make it stock ECU friendly but it didn't work out.

    EDIT: stupid me, easyc already started that thread...

    I went to crower.com and only found cams for the supra motor. Is there any companies that can tune the computer after a cam install? pcmforless does popular cars but I'm not sure about corollas.
