Need Help Installing Equalizer

    Need Help Installing Equalizer

    my friend gave me a Pioneer Equalizer X-overs model CD-625...

    i want to know how to install it cuz there is no manual came w/ it

    but on the back its got input and 2 outputs(1st output is fullrange 2nd is subwoofer) and than there is a plug w/ red black and a blue wire...

    ins and outs it sounds like you understand

    red to power
    black to ground
    blue to remote

    I don't know if remote is required or not - being that I don't know if that EQ needs the remote wire to turn on, or if the wire would just be a redundant turn-on for the subwoofer. Can't hurt to splice it into the remote wire from your deck to your sub, though.

    but is the red wire 12v??
