Tools to cut rear deck speaker holes

I just brought new 6 3/4 inch speakers, the Infinity Kappa 652.5i and well they will barely fit the speaker holes without cutting the holes a tad bigger. My questions what tools I would need to cut the metal out for the holes to be larger. Preferably hand tools. I don't have a Dremel and don't wish to buy one.

yes a dremel is the best way of doing. Unfortunately when I first installed the speakers I did it in my garage which does not have electricity. The uglyness was fixed later on! :)

I used a dremel the second time I did this. Took all of 10 seconds. I used a Swiss Army knife the first time.

Dremel does sound like a good tool for that.. also consider a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade.

We have a discussion on here about this as well. But anyway I bent the metal down which is not as elegant but it works. Did it with a pair of pliers. here is a pic:

I had the kappa's 635.5 but they are the same diameters. Not the nicest install, but it worked!

A dremel costs about 10 bucks.
