    got some ideas...
If there is a switch there is a way.
One way is to get an alarm/remote start with some extra auxilary
buttons. You can wire these up to your windows, moon roof, etc.
Even when the key isn't in the ignition.

Otherwise... If you just want a bypass. I beleive it's possible.
I don't know how. But someone could figure it out in an hour or less. Basically you have either a negative power window or a positive power window. I am guessing that once the accessory switch at the ignition is turned on, there is power sent to the window switch (or module) just waiting for someone to flip it. So I would say if you make a bypass switch between the accessory wire at the ignition over to the power window switch, or maybe even the module, your in business... If I were going to figure it out, I would get the schematics for the electrical system, and some wire guides for alarms/remote starts and figure out the path of current. Then get in there and probe around and test.
    Hope that helps a little...

cant be 100% but you know how the memory on your radio is ALWAYS on? well that is hooked up directly to the battery... why not hook the battrey directly to the windows? power windows suck anyways, to much weight.
