remember, suspension is different between the two, so a simple "hub swap" probably wont' work.

    custom fabrication?

An aftermarket rear disc brake conversion kit for the 03+ can be found here: <a href="http://www.vpower.net/catalog/index.php?cPath=80_53_58" target="_blank">http://www.vpower.net/catalog/index.php?cPath=80_53_58</a>

    If all you say is true then screw it <img src="http://vvti.net/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" /> $1000 to have cool looking rear brakes isn't making me to excited <img src="http://vvti.net/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" />

From what I hear, the rear disc conversion for the 03+ corolla is actually too extreme. Even though it's a single piston caliper, because the rotor is so large, the rears will still lock up before the front.

If there is a way to do a XRS rear disc, do it. Even if it's more money. Just upgrade the rotor with something cross drilled and get some good pads. Then you'd just need a big brake kit in the front and you'd be set.

I just got some PowerSlot cross drilled rotors and some Hawk Pads and over the stock setup I had its insanely smooth and noise free stopping. I think the slots help vent the gas layer that builds up between the pad surface and disc under heavy braking.
