If the kit is already painted, it dosent take much work to get it repainted..

But if its not, then there would be alot of prep work since the kit is made of a flexable thermal plastic called Polypropoline. That would mean, 2 coats of plastic adhesion promoter, Flexable primer surfacer if necessary, 1-2 coats of flexable primer sealer.. then basecoast and clear coat which must have flex aditives

you can probably do the prep work urself to save a little cash

Paint shops out there are probably a dime a dozen....so they can afford to lower their prices to compete.

    paint shop

ei, i actually saw ur post about that shop but when i called em up they told me that it would be $600 to get mine done!!! (take note that i have the vuteq type b w/c includes just the front and rear) maybe we could go down there together and demand a cheaper price, that is if your cool with it.

dude...hey if u want a good deal just go with body pros its on Nutwood and garden grove. I got my type A kit painted there plus they re-sanded my back bumper from a previous body kit accident and re-painted it as well...so if u count that, that's 5 pieces plus they installed it for me as well. All for $750.
