The intake fits perfectly into my car but doesnt have the same sensors that are needed to fit onto/into the intake. So it goes back for the refund along with yelling at the people there. I'll probly just drop a K&N filter into the stock airbox and hope for the best. Maybe someday I'll have the money to get an XRS...someday.

weapon-r secret intake. I have one in my car. I have a 2000 rolla
They make a seperate one for the 1999 and a seperate one for 1998.

    305-117 thats for the 1999-2002.
    305-116 thats for the 1998.

These are according to the weapon-r website.
I think u should go for the 1998 one because in 1998 and 1999 they used the same engine. But in 2000 it changed. So i recommend u email weapon-r like i did to make sure. THey respond really quick. I love this intake. It doesn't do as much of a boost as u think it would. But it adds a nice deep sound on low rpms

The installation was a snap to do. Really easy

Injen intake for my 99 corolla

I just learned the hard way that my Injen intake will not fit into my 99 corolla ce. Autopartswharehouse.com listed it as being able to install on 98-00 year corollas so I purchased it. Midway thru installing it I realized that the sensors wouldnt fit/match. Should have researched it more. Does anyone know what intake I should get for my year corolla since Injen doesnt make one?

yeah I learned that lesson too, it only works for corolla S of our year car. So far nobody good makes any intakes for our cars.

it will not fit any 98-99 Rolla (they didnt have an S in 98-99...correct my if I'm wrong, but even if they did it wouldnt fit)...There is no legal intake for the 98-99, just 00-02 Rolla (all models...they all have the same motor and performance)
