it has to be custom made along w/ your exhaust manifold, whoever makes your manifold should be able to do the down pipe no problem...find a good performance tuning shop that specializes in building custom turbo kits or a highly recommended exhaust shop should be able to do it for a reasonable budget...u just gotta look around

Indeed - it *has* to be made with your manifold. Different manifolds have different height specs on the flanges, so in order for the downpipe to bolt to your turbo *and* match up with your exhaust system it has to be custom.

Otherwise you can get some single ass drop off the side and pay an exhaust shop through the nose to have the system fixed up to that pipe outlet... lol

well.. i drove to goddamn Burbank today. Was like an hour or two of sitting through traffic. But the shop told me they custom manifolds and whatnot. When, I got there they check under my hood and such to see how they're going to custom my Turbo Manifold.

Well, the guy says, it can't be done. He pointed to some place underneath my car and said.. look... no space for the turbo.. and he's right.. there was no space in that place that he pointed to.

Now, my question to you is now... where is your turbo located? Underneath the car? In your hood.. hooked up to your header? where o where?

Any exhaust shop should be able to make one for you..it's only two flanges and some piping. (and an O2 sensor bung if you have one there) buy the flanges and the bung..then when you geth the turbo and the manifold in place and together go to an exhaust shop give them the flanges and bung and say "please make me a down pipe....please" I have to get a 3" one made if I decide to go with 3 inch exhaust...I'm still debating between 2.5" and 3".

The turbo will have to sit on top of the manifold, and not underneath. That's probably why he thought there was no room for it.

As system error said, you can just get the manifold from one place, then have a shop custom build you one afterwards. This is what I'm doing with my setup because I've given up on Stafford making my manifold and downpipe all together.

Every time I try to go to their website, it says it's not there...it's still www.staffordfabrication.com right?

Yeah...there is no way your going to fit a turbo underneath. And if somehow you did...good luck running piping from it.....lol All of ours sit on top of the manifold. MWR used to sell manifolds...email them and see if they still sell them. I think they had flanges on them for external wastegates though.

I prefer external. More reliable, hold up longer than internal, and are better for running higher boost.
