hmmm... 03+ made me look bad, haha

    hmmm... 03+ made me look bad, haha

    So im on my way to work this morning, driving on the interstate at 5:20am. Well i see this 03+ rolla with some rims, no exhaust, maybe intake, but some nice rims, can tell by how nice it looks while its driving, you know what im talking about. Well, i drive 80, and he was going 85, and i saw he had radar dector. So i roll side by side with him. Well, i downshift to 4th gear, give some gas to 90, drop back for him, then hit it hard, and he stays behind, but you can tell he is rollin with me. Well we are hitting 110+ when i look down, and hes still lil behind me. next think i look over, and hes blowing by me, and im governed out at 112.

    How fast do the 03+ Rolla S go??

    hmm, the 03's governor is just as low as the older corollas. Maybe he had a power FC... can remove the limiter I think.

    The 03s can never loose!!! Maybe it was an 04? hahah naah im jus messin with u... It should kick in around 118 or so...

    Nah, it was just an S model, i looked down at my speed and was going 112, and i looked over and he was going by me, it was funny. LoL.

    04 limiter kicks in at 111 or 112..or at least thats where my speedo stops...bit more than 110. but i think it goes on a lil bit after that maybe

    there is no limiter. i took it to the end. past the end of the speedometer.(auto rental)

    your forgetting he had rims so his speed sensor is probably off... if the tire diameter is larger he will be able to go faster than stock
