    racing harness

I just put in new racing seats but I'm not seeing anyway to easily mount my old seat belts. I can rig up some brackets but I was also considering like a 4pt harness. Does anyone have experience with them? Comfort? Support? Opinions? thanks.

4pt harness kicks ass.. i have a 4pt in my xA, and i love it.. pain to get in/out of the car in a rush, but now that my shoulders are used to having straps over them, i'm completely addicted.

How did you guys mount the harness? Can you just bolt them down to the back of the seat mounting bolts?

How do you mount them? Can you just bolt them down under your rear seat bolts or do you have to drill new holes?

you should find existing bolts to put the harness ends under, yes.

i fortunately have a bar running across the back, right below the seatback, even with little slots in it for snap-in designed seatbelts :) hooray for toyota japan. it's like they planned for my car to have 4point harnesses in the front.
