    Early 90s Subaru Model

I am trying to check specs on a Subaru that I only know two things about that it is a Subaru and that it was built in the early 90s. It had a complete tinted glass roof, It was very low to the ground and had a stealthy look. The tail lights were like a strip that ran from the end to close to the licens plate place. If someone knows what car I am talking about, please could you tell me what the name of that model was and what are the engine specs on that car???

sounds like an svx to me too. Something like a 3.0 L boxer 6 at 300 hp, but weighing in somewhere between 3300-3600 lbs. Lots of new features were presented through its life time, like headlights that turn as you turn. I used to have a whole bunch of pics but can't seem to find them.

Yeah, you are right. I was asking because I got into a road rage for this guy driving a green colored SVX cutting me off three times and ended up racing him and beating him without thinking what kind of a car I was messing around with. I checked SVX on the internet and the pics look exactly the same. They have 3.3 liter flat six with 230 HP and 22 foot pounds of torque.

    Engine: 3.3-liter 24-valve 6-cylinder horizontally opposed
    Horsepower: 230 bhp
    0-60 MPH: 7.3 seconds
    1/4 Mile: 15.4 seconds @ 92.5 mph
    Skidpad: 0.85 g
    Top Speed: 143 mph
    Mileage: 17 / 25 mpg
    Weight:
    3,580 pounds

Yeah,I know they seem to have a very good setup for a powerful monster. Yet, I got the bragging rights for a kill of a stock SVX under my belt ( yet, I regret my road rage and losing my temper and feel I should go to the police and hand over my license to them since I do not deserve to be on the road).

Yeah, it had a window within the window. Sort of like a rubber molding running the middle of the window. I really like the shape of that car. I remember looking at a picture of that car in the early 90s and I was very impressed with the futuristic look.

The gauge cluster would tilt with the wheel so you never lost vision of the gauges.
