yeah, some of that shit is just weird... hey, im sorry but i would sell that car too, cause how the hell would you be able to drive it in LA?? you're shit would be either stolen or you will be shot and yuor shit will be stolen. in a way i dont blame her, but i do agree, she's probably just gonna be using the car money for her old/new crack debts. i would sell it and use that money for a down payment on a nice stock car like a G35 or a ZO6. hehehe

OK, think about this.

You have a $0-$1000 valued car. This is the best you can do at this point and still pay your bills. MTV comes along and makes your vehicle not only super unique, but also stuffs $20k worth of stuff in there. So now, you are super likely of having it broken into (as mentioned above) but also can't afford the astronomical insurance premiums. That's if insurance companies would even be willing to cover the vehicle.

the only 2 cars they did a good job on so far is the ford escort bimmer conversion and the volkwagen bus.

the bus was actually pretty good.
the escort showed some signs of it being rushed. look at when they show the back headrests monitors, theres black smudges on the bottom of the leather. and when they pull out the recording studio, it's all scratched up on the side.
big ron's el dorado was pretty good too. the second season seems to be doing alot better.

ha, when that one black guy got his nissian mirage done, i wasn't impressed at all. i see cars like that all the time. they didn't even paint the bumpers kameleon! he's got a damn fish tank in his back seat. what happens when it gets hot outside? the fish die.
west coast customs does some nice work, but it's all the usual stuff. lots of screens, new paint job, chrome wheels, and something personalized.
i like the work done on overhaulin' alot better. they have professionals and they actually work on the engine. they only fixed that CRX;s engine.

yea and that pretty much involved new spark plugs, oil change, perdy paint on the air filter cover and spraying the thing off. i don't really know why the had to take the engine out, but hey...whatever works

i just watched pimp my ride last night, i know this proally is already an old episode back there... what do you guys think of the pimped out scion that they did? the WCC guys said the 19 year old kid's frankenstein ford was un-pimpable so X got him a new scion to pimp out instead...

I have liked that Escort Bimmer Conversion but yes, it does looked rushed, for example dude the front bumper, that shit had a gap in it between the grill and the bumper, I dunno. But I think the best one they have dont so far was that VW van, now that was real nice. I agree, season two seems to be doing a lot better. And these guys at WCC are professionals and are real damn nice. Cant really judge their skills based on the cars they pimp out. Would be cool if they picked someone that mods the car and like ask him all he wants and do it nice. Mod it out, not pimp it out.

haha...happened to catch PMR tonight and they're at it again.

1. the car they were working on was rusty as hell. the guy said they were going to replace the rusted metal. they bondo'd it. 'nuff said.

2. the brakes were probably god awful on this car to begin with. they put HUGE rims on it and don't touch the brakes. look for the news article about the girl's family suing MTV for their daughter's death when her car can't stop.

If they got all the rust off and put some rust mort on it they should still be fine..
