    yeah pretty much... i was looking at autoweek or sumthing like that they said abt american auto makers taking over many of the european automakers... one ex. is chrysler and MB... they join together long time ago... they said yes is good for chrysler but in return mercedes product degraded due to chrysler engineer on cars...
