    New Evolve S40

"In 2003, Evolve built two “Evil Twin” S60 R’s for SEMA. For 2004, Evolve is back with this low-rider S40. Lightweight 19-inch wheels wrapped in nice, fat blubbers showcase 15-inch discs squashed by eight-piston aluminum calipers. Volvo isn’t one to falsely raise expectations, so underneath that black hood is an “extensively modified” five-cylinder based around a larger turbo and punishing the tarmac with an estimated 425 horsepower routed through Volvo’s electronically controlled Haldex all-wheel-drive system"

I love the s60R's and its about time evolve makes some performance upgrades, instead of just body kits.

damn the A-Spec heavier than the std RL. 3984lbs.. those kit really make it heavier... Still too heavy and also no turbo but faster than my current legend and SH-AWD. this is an A6,S60 AWD and E-Class 4matic rival.

    ACURA RL A-SPEC
    ON SALE: Spring 2005
    BASE PRICE: $54,470 (est.)
    POWERTRAIN: 300-hp, 260-lb-ft 3.5-liter V6; awd, four-speed automatic
    CURB WEIGHT: 4007.5 pounds
    0 to 60 MPH: 6.5 seconds (est.)

It is most likely not as sporty as the cars u listed, but its something. of course this car is prolly in the 3-series/5-series category while the others are slighty below it.

    Ford
    Volvo
    Mazda
    Lincoln
    Jaguar
    Aston Martin
    Mercury
    Range Rover
    Land Rover

So Jag and Aston Martin are POS's too?

I think it's a pretty sweet car that has much potential as any other car...
