me too.. gas prices are just fluctuating at a ridiculous rates lately.

everytime someone at the Oil companies farts... it changes the price of gas..

what kills me is the difference in price from morning to night.. when most of the time.. it's the exact same tank of fuel they had all friggin day!!

Only the oil companies could get away with this way of running a business.. and it's because they are greasing the palms of every dirty politician out there

We are pissed here in Oklahoma that we are paying 1.75 for regular. That is high for us. We are used to much cheaper around here. Makes me feel better when I think about what Cali peeps are going through.

Today is October 28, 2004. I live in Union City, CA (Northern California, about 20-25 minutes drive away from San Francisco; driving 65mph, not 120mph).

Went to get gas today. I paid $2.69/gallon for Chevron Supreme (91-Octane, shitty CA gas).

I've been averaging about 76.52 cents/Litre (CDN) for 87 Octane regular unleaded. Maybe it's because I don't drive very much, but I've been averaging about Cdn$12/week.

The oil companies are known to play games. These days I'm finding prices are always higher (over 83 c/L) in the morning. That pattern may be beneficial to me, because I don't have time to gas up in the morning. At the only gas station between me and where I need to go, I can't see the sign until I'm past in the morning because of tall trees.
