Help me choose between these 2 speakers

hi, for my 95DX I've decided to go with 6 1/2" for the back. But I am stuck between these 2 speakers, same price and similar specs, just different materials, tweeters..etc. Crutchfield rep said the Pioneer will have better bass response with my HU only setup. What do you guys think?

i don't know, but i'd go for the pioneer because i like them and i've had more experience with them and trust them more...& don't buy from crutchfield...RIP OFF!!

Those Pioneers are alright, but you do get what you pay for. Get some Infinity Kappa's

kappa's arent worth it anymore. the entry level reference has the same technology now. and comparing the two in sound, they are the same. if it was 2yrs ago then yea i would get the kappas.

oh yeah? well i have one friend with reference series and another with kappa... bought both in the last year... and they both notice the difference...

I'm going for 4" Kappas up front. The only reason I'm deciding between these 2 is because I'm going to be installing the speakers my self, and don't want the hassle of custom brackets..etc. So you guys think the Pioneer is better? I thought the Kenwood might win given it has a dome tweeter and not a cone.

if u guys got the cash, get the rockford t-series, they are the shit, just installed them in my 04'! WOOF!! BEASTs!!!
