    There is no proof it is a Toyota. Much like the Supra rumors and pictures have vanished in the air that have floated around since the day Supra bowed out, this one will evaporate as well.

    toyota volta is gonna be in production for sure selling around $75,000 us... but the TXS = (Toyota neXt Supra) just kinda pop up in my mind.... the V-10 is sweet and i'm guessing that u might probably see a detuned version for the next Lexus LS as an option cuz w/ all the MB S600 V12 and BMW 760 V12 Lexus wants to be hav a piece of the pie too... and these are my rumors hahah

    yes it does, but they need to make a mass production car with slight less horse power, and ALOT less price tag, at 100,000 i dont think well see one on this forum

    looks like a damn sexy machine - but why are they so sure it's a toyota? There don't seem to be any identifying marks that I can see. And if it's "rumored" how do they have so much information on its "possible" powerplant (such as hp numbers) when toyota doesn't even have a production engine that meets those specs?

    Forgive my skepticism, but I've seen too many "the new supra", "the new camaro" pics fo believe anything till i see it. I don't think either of those are being brought back, and I'm not convinced Toyota would do anything that radical. It's not their style lately.

    well they can build the 500 hp one under "LEXUS" and have it be expensive...

    but it wouldnt be a bad idea to ...oh I DUNNO market one under the TOYOTA brand and squeeze a INLINE6\turbo hehehe...2j.....hmmmm

    Well to me it looks like a Supra. I dont know, they do say they have been eyeing the succes of the revived 350Z so that could be a hint that Toyota is reviving the Supra which would be awsome. The numbers could be all wrong and actually use a 2J or something you know. But the fact about the car being Toyota Supra, that sounds like a good idea.

    hehe damn - i hate it when they put that full bra on the car to hide the little features... I remember when they were testing the prius in the US a few months before release - i passed a few of them on I-70 all covered in the ' stealth bra ' lol ...

    that car is definitely somethin sexy though - TRULY A NICE FIND! :D

    honestly, i wish we could, i mean, were close to japan and yet we don't have our local automobile distributors who can give us pure JDM, it has to be thru the former US naval base (now tuned into an industrial zone) based on shipping... we don't get skylines or even the earlier evos that came out... we never had the mr2's or celicas, they had to be imported here... not on our local car dealers... <img src="http://vvti.net/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Frown" />

    True, they dont need to go all out with a new Supra costing many many thousands though it would be sweet but nah... all they need to do is release a turbo 4banger rwd/awd car pushing around 230hp and be in the 20-35k budget.
