    who cares... its floormats.

Floormat package? haha, thats funny. You might be able to find better looking ones cheaper on the internet. I think that Toyota charges like $150 for them.

That is a rip off. Those morons charged you for the mats that come stock with the car. Yes, my previous Corolla S had the Corolla S mats in them and weirdly enough, Toyota has not made special mats for the XRS yet and my XRS still has the Corolla S mats. They will have it next year. I was kind of ticked off, but oh well.

It is especially funny that when you open the door and glance at foot of the door, you see chrome plates with the Corolla XRS logo and as soon as you set your feet in the car, you see Corolla S written on the mat...LOL

A question for all Corolla S owners

When I bought my car it didn't have the floormat package. So I orderd the package through them. What I got is the regular Corolla floormats (no S on it). Is there supposed to be an S? When I saw the XRS' at the dealership they had the S emblem on the mats.

this is bone stock less than 24 hrs after purchase - you got ripped off if they charged extra for floormats, unless they're included in the "sport package" i got (which as far as i can tell is just a damn spoiler)

My car didn't come with mats either. I just got my all weather mats today after a long wait, due to back order.

Hmmm. my XRS came with the Corolla S mats. You should go back and talk to the dealership. They should included in the car.

I just had the same exact question.

I just bought my Corolla S this past weekend with the floormat package, and it just said "Corolla" as well. I called the dealer and asked what's up. They said that the Corolla S mats USED to say "S" on them, but when the XRS came out Toyota decided just to make "Corolla" floormats instead of having to worry about making 2 or 3 different types of floormats (lowers manufacturing cost and hassle). So, going forward you should only see boring "Corolla" floormats.

And yes, now carpet floormats are an OPTION that you pay extra for. Might not have been that way in the past, but it is now.

aren't the "TRD" mats from ebay like 40 bucks for a blue, red, or black color with the "TRD" badge on them?

BTW 03 rolla with S floor mats. IF anyone really wants them they can buy me the ebay black "trd" ones and they can pick up my used ones ;)

In Canada they're supposed to give you the fabric floor mats.

However, rubber floor mats are probably quite essential for Canadian winter. I was almost tempted to get the dealers' rubber mats until I saw the price tag. The problem with any "handed down" mats from my dad was that they could interfere with the clutch. Ended up having to go with some Truck/SUV mats from Wal-Mart (trimmable part was L-shaped, perfect to clear space for footrest.)
