me and my friends were making one the other day. we haven't tested the results but it came out looking pretty good

    you need:
    ruler
    pen/marker/pencil
    fiber board (for walls)
    wood screws
    caulk (to seal up gaps)
carpet and spray adhesive (if you want it to look nice)
    drill and drill bits
saw-zaw (helps a lot but not REALLY needed)
plexiglass (if you want a plexi box)

    tips:
screw in the screws diagonally so itll be more durable.
for the hole to put the speaker in, if you dont have a saw-zaw, use a big drill bit and drill lots of holes until u can break it off.
don't make the speaker hole too big. (Example: if you have a 12 inch woofer, dont make the hole 12 inches or itll fall right through)

have fun, ask me questions if you need more help

Anyone work with fiberglass? I was getting interested in working with fiberglass and seeing what I could make with it?

Maybe take a mold of my phone cover and then I could get some fiberglass and make a cover or something?

Any ideas with the car though? If you could make a mold of your grill and then make a fiberglass grill?

MDF board is what you want, its what all speaker boxes are made of ( not all but if you buy one it is )

So no one has worked with fiber glass?

No one knows how to make molds? I was thinking of where the carpet is on the door's in the corolla's of painting them black, and making them high gloss smooth :p

I think that would look sweet.
