Yeah, I didn't use the middle mounting point. It looks like it just sinks in under the hood. Where did you guys get yours?

    03-04 Altis Grill

Does anyone make an Altis grill that actually fits well on the car? I just got one, and it fits like crap. :( I even tried some modifications to try to make it fit better, but it still doesn't look right. I really don't like the Vuteq grill that much, even though it is probably the best fitting grill out there right now...

i got it from a 2003corolla.org member for 50 shipped. also ya you are right, I don't mount mine in the middle, it looks liek it would stress out the metal too much anyways.. and its only a plastic grill, doesn't need much stability. anyways getting pics tomorrow (today)

I purchased mine from vpower.net, I didn't mount it in the middle because either way the screw holes didn't line up properly...I mean WAY off...the holes on the sides fit fine, and even then it has some gaps, you really can't tell unless you go and touch the grill but it makes me upset that I paid 50 dollars for something that doesn't fit properly. Has this happened to anyone else, and what do you think I should do? I'll have pics tonight.

i put washers under the two corners of the grill were it meets the bumper to bring it up closer to the hood... worked well also i put screws thru the bottom of the grille thru the bumper to keep the tabs from poping out
