    That I already know, but what I am referring to is how to paint/ tint them to achieve a similar effect w/o giving up too much red iilumination so that it is illegal.

    those are altezzas and the guy spraypainted them...not sure what type of paint he used though...i think he posted about that either here on or corollacustomz a while back
