Lexus IS350 in hard edged action!

That is pure hotness. It is hugging the road. I see resemeblance with the current generation IS300.

I love where Lexus is going with this IS. With 315 hp, imagine eating G35 coupes and 350z for lunch in this sport sedan and giving an M3 a run for it's money. This car has it all.

With a 6 speed auto Lexus claims 0-60 in mid 5 seconds. With a 6 speed manual, it will be in the mid 4 seconds, which is right where M3 is.

sure as hell looks better than that other one posted a while back. I still want to see the back. The mid/rear body lines resemble that of the Acura TL.

It does have some resemblance with the TL. Although, TL has very sloppy handling because of front wheel drive train and bad torque steer. The suspension is soft on the TL as well.

Looks ALOT like a tC in that picture too. Also, don't let the camera effects fool you. That thing could be doing 30mph in that pic and the photographer could have just used some special techniques to blur the wheels and foreground. Let's see how it handles in the real world before making a judgement.

Anyway, compare the IS350 to a pic of tCtuNeR216's tC below.

Do you seriously believe a car with such a wide stance, low profile, center of gravity and massive wheels will not be able to take a corner at very high speeds???? I doubt it.

Me neither. The hood and the body lines are very different. It does have resemblance with the Acura TL and current generation IS300 though.

    In a word, yes.

OK. The headlights, wheel arch openings (the fact that they both have a flat lip), dogleg kink the rear window, wide shoulder and door handles alone are all very similar. Not the same, but very similar. I think they tested the shape out on the tC and based on people's reaction, designed the IS350 very similarly afterwards. I really don't belive that you guys can't see the resemblance.

Sorry sir. I still can't. The fender lines are kind of similar and the rims are similar, but that is where it ends. Pictures are two dimensional. When you see them side by side in real life, you will see for yourself.
