    Bought brakes for 2002

After searching all of Tallahassee for brakes, I found out one thing... The only place here that sells any rotors for a 2002 corolla is the dealership, they only had one (i need both). They said they could order some but it would be a few days. Of course after trying so hard to find some I realized I should by some Brembo drilled slotted rotors. I did manage to find brake pads at the dealership... What can I expect from this combo? nothing better then stock? or should I have just bought cheaper pads from auto zone...

BTW: Dealer wanted 185 each rotor...

Damn that 185 a rotor, man. Go to pepboys and get the brembo oem replacements. And you already need TWO CALIPERS? How much braking do you DO?? And how far did you wear those pads down?? prolly down to the metal rivets right??

I didnt need calipers... I needed pads and rotors... I never had the rotors serviced and ive owned my car for about 3yrs... I used to only change the pads (I was to lazy to do anymore). But atleast it gave me reason to get better rotors

BTW: I figured a corolla would me more then common enough for people to carry rotors... Atleast the dealership should.

185 for each rotor is ridiculous...just get OEM replacements at any national auto part store around you for less than 50 each.
