    My Custom Trunk

    I made a new box for my subs and customized the trunk. My subs are old and look worn but they still bump. JL and fosgate...

    I spent around $60 for materials. All the labor involved tired me out though. It was a good 3 day project.

    hi, can you please help me with my trunk, i want it to look like yours, looks tight man...

    first, where can i buy materials, like the fabric to cover the box...

    suggestions on how i should make the box....

    something like DIY for the whole project...

    thanks...

    u can get the materials at homedept... fabric... at carpet shops... audio shops... fabric shops... just dependin on what u want to use...

    make the box... by going with the specs on ur sub.... use the recommended size...

    um i have the infinity kappa perfect....

    looks good. i used to have a setup like that with my type R's when i had my corolla.

    how did you two do yours? i just lined up my box where the read windshield meets the trunk then made a template from cardboard, cut out the wood and screwed it to the front of my box. it fit perfect and was pretty easy to do.

    I actually built a whole new box for mine, took measurements and got to work!! I like it because my new box is wider and less deep which gives me more room, but then I put side walls so I'm giving up space at the same time. :eek:

    That is a tight ass set up. I just purchase a Audiobah 4800W Amp and 2 2000 W 15's. My problem is that I don't have the hands for this project.

    Does Sean2Sean or Chrome 94 have som DIY Tips??

    This is what I currently have in my car.

    But obviously trying to kick it up a few notches.
