    Who wants TEIN?

I spent a bit on the phone today with a Tein rep...

if all goes well, we will have Tein springs + coilover packages for the 93-97 Corollas + Prizms... I'm busting my ass to work this out, so if this goes through I hope people will shell out the cash for them... I'd hate to get this all sorted then they can't sell the damn things.

I'm 99% sure we'll be able to get the Type Flex suspension for the 93-97 Corolla... A bit more expensive than the HA... This is probably going to be a $1500 suspension.

Flex? c'mon man not even people with wrx like spending the money on flex unless they're hardcore racers.. now super street might sell.. but might have better luck with BASIC.

Right now all i want is some adjustable struts like Kyb AGX or Tok illumina.. but prolly ahve to settle for koni

I just sent them an E-mail inquiring about the SS for the 93-97. I want the SS for my ride. If they don't make them, guess I will have to go with the next level down.

    E-mail response from Tein:

    Travis,
Looking at the TEIN Japan catalog it seems they have products for
    the
92-95 Corolla. These are Japanese spec cars but if you can find out if
    you
cars chassis code is either AE101 or AE111 then we would be able to
    special
order a Type Flex for you.
    Best regards,
    Sales

Your chassis code should be AE101 if you have an 93-97 so they should work just fine.

Tein already makes Type Flex coilovers for the 93-02 corolla. All you need to do is call them up, give them your credit card number and wait for them to ship them over from Japan. For those not wanting the Type Flex can also get the HA Dampers, you just have to go through the same process.

You really think all the HA Dampers were purchased by rolla owners??? Think not... I can order a set with a simple phone call to Tein.
