    Which tires?

I need some opinions on tires for my car. I wanna stick to the same size I have right now 205/45/17. I have Kumho ecsta, and driven on them for about a yr and they still have some life but I want something to get me more performance. Any suggestion?

P.S. If u make a suggestion it would be helpful if u could post how many miles I could expect from the tire

I had Nitto 555's before and they were the best performing tire I have ever had. Horrible in snow and stuff (your in FL so no problem there) and a fairly short treadlife, but a really awesome tire all around. I can't say enough good things about them. I like the Yokohama Parada also, but I like the 555's more.

Goodyear Eagle F1's, very pricey, but well worth the money. They outrate all of the tires metioned above in dry, wet, cornering, etc. A lot of guys with BMW's run those tires, comftable, quiet, everything you need in a tire. Should last a long period of time if not driven too aggresively. Maybe 40K miles? maybe more. That's what I'm planning of getting next, I have 205/45/16 and will run me $125/tire at tirerack.com

Yokohama Paradas is the best looking tire IMO, and im sure the performance would be just as great.

yeh the eagle f1 g3ds's (or is it gsd3??). Ive heard great stuff from those. My avs-es100s are amazing. I can get full body roll and no tire screeching lol. Very good in the rain too.

es100 sucks in rain lol, but provides great traction during dry paved roads

doesn't suck in the rain at all. I can hold corners almost just as fast with them and it doesn't spin going in to second on full acceleration in the rain either.
