Chris Bangle is hell bent on destroying the looks of the 3 series just like he did to the 5, 6 and 7 series.

Actually I really like the new 5-series.

That 3 series isn't too bad. I don't like the X-3ish headlight and turn signal combo. The arch that makes the front of the roof and top of the windshield pretrudes too much too.

Hopefully the i-drive in this model won't be as over-engineered as the one in the 7.

I agree with Montana, I like the new 5-series as well. I don't care about the new 3-series, I just wanna see how the M3 is going to come out.

looks like it has a bit of merc and opel styling... weird... I like it though...

I liked the older style, but it has to die sometime, it was too boxy to really be a newer car. Im glad they hired him. In a couple of years his styling will be appreciated more.

That is the current M3. I am sure Chris Bangle has promised everyone at BMW that he shall do his level best to destroy the looks of the M3 as well

Yeah, man. I see one of those every so often on the road. I posted a video of this car vs. Audi A4 V8 from a show called top gear. You get to see this M3 doing drifting left and right like crazy around a calmly and composed cruising Audi A4 ( It was awesome sight). The point of this was the sharp contrast in the personalities of the two cars.

I'm more pissed off about that stupid fucking iDrive system they insist on putting on every car. Hey BMW: It's not gonna catch on, everyone hates it because it sucks balls, and I'll take the radio buttons and air conditioner switches on my Rolla ANY DAY over that stupid knob! Get with it!

Totally agree. From what I understand, most BMW drivers find the iDrive more of a nuisance than convenient.

I hated the new 7 series for a while now... but the more in person glances I get the more it looks sooooo sweet....

That and the v8 audi.... i feel like homer J "arghghghghghg....." hehe
