Did you know Toyota was the No. 1 selling auto brand in 2003?? while Honda has been losing sales for the last two years because of falling behind?? Look it up on the net. Honda makes their bread and butter with the Accord. As the VP of Toyota Canada said that Honda plans their whole year schedule around the Accord. My Corolla S has nearly all the options that the LE has except the electrochromic mirror and the leather seats. As far as I remember when I was getting my 04 Corolla S, I test drove a CE, which had both power windows and door locks. As far as Corolla vs. Civic go, you are pretty much wrong on most of your accounts. I got a quote from Honda for a Civic with 3.8% financing and $2000 more for a Civic LX Sport (although, 4.9% financing for Corolla, but that could easily be bargained ) with a 115 HP non-vtec engine engine as compared to a Corolla S with 15 more HP and 15 more foot pounds of torque plus the interior of my Corolla S is incomparable to that LX I drove. Now that is what I call a classical rip off. Why the hell on earth would I buy a turtle with lesser features than a Corolla S??? The Si sedan now ( EX in US) is more expensive than the Corolla XRS. That is just outrageously ridiculous. Accord might be different, but it is a shame to compare the Pilot to the Toyota 4 Runner, Honda does not have any competition for the Highlander and Sequoia, Tacoma, Tundra.

yes i do know. as i said, both have its good and bad points.
as for the power window/lock issue, when they first came out - they have this stupid thing where u can only get power locks on CE and not windows. if u want both, u move up to LE. for 04, they changed this. mine is an 03.
wrong about civic and corolla? i never did compare the two. i'm talking about camry and accord, i said the accord is a better deal compared to camry.

Yeah, I admit I like Accord a bit more in terms of driving. Although, the tail of Accord is disappointing and Camry might be slightly better in terms of looks.

ABS sucks.
