Turbo - ~3k..engine work..~2k..I might as well buy another car.

I keep going back and forth, though..but I still have a couple of years left to think about it.

Well if you can get a different, faster, better car for the same price, why not?

It's logical, but I'm incredibly biased towards Toyota..so I'd love a mk2 MR2 -- but they're hard to find. Also, if I wrecked one, I'd feel terrible..

I really like getting good gas mileage -- but after I finish school, I should be making at least 3x what I do now, so hopefully that won't be much of an issue.

Mostly, I'm just killing time. I have a short (250 word) synopsis for my philosophy class due tomorrow, and then I have to work..so I have to something for half an hour..lol

why not tell him to just sell the rolla, pick up a civic SI for 9g's, and he'll have more fun than what he's doing now wtih the rolla..=D

10 second corolla? 0-60 right? I mean, I'm not sure a FWD corolla can fall a quarter mile in 10 secs if you pushed it off a big ass cliff.

anything but a stang plz...but u do need to stop wit the rolla...money can be better spent elsewhere. i say hook up your NX and ull be in the 14s then stop there. There arent enough resources to support a <13sec rolla. Ull be breakin axles all day.

you also have to consider why you even hook up your corolla in the first place, to be different, there are alot of people that scoff at the corolla, but it would be really hard to laugh at a 10 sec. corolla, catch my drift? I'm going to [inevidably] going to get another car, but even though the car is going to be faster, and better looking than my corolla, I think that it is still cool to have that going on with the corolla.

Just to clarify -- that wasn't specifically the exact car I want - I just grabbed an example.

Unless you hate American cars, what's wrong with a Cobra? It's probably faster than almost anything on these boards..and it doesn't look half bad either (IMHO). *shrug* To each his own.

I'm not going to buy a new car..so unless I found a used tC cheap, it wouldn't be worth it.

I'm getting tired of everything being incredibly expensive -- put 500 bucks on a Corolla..then put 500 bucks on a Mustang (GT or Cobra)..you get a lot more for your money on the Mustang -- and it'll sound better. Again, IMHO.

As far as Civics go -- I don't want FWD either..so that narrows it down a lot. Sure, I could get a Supra -- but I'd want a newer one..not n/a..and I don't want to spend 30 grand on a car.

'98+ Mustang Cobra (I've driven a '92 LX 5.0 and a '96 GT..prefer the '98 body style, but 99+ would work)
MR2 Turbo (my personal favorite, but I haven't driven one yet)
Supra (turbo only..newer body style..so way too expensive)


Other cars I wouldn't mind having..but wouldn't buy unless I got an *incredible* deal (on an older one
