    intake manifold year?

Ok question... Looking at a dragon intake, and the websites say 98-01, and then 02-03... My corolla is a 2002 which is the old style, not the new.. yet they seem to be categorizing mine with the 03'? Now do I order the 98-01 or the 02-03? Did they change the engine on the 02 then change the body style on the 03? The hayes manual I bought says 97-02, so that tells me it didn't change drastically in all those years. Could it be that it's not clear since the 02 was the new body style in certain countries?

01-04 have the same engines. with same maf sensors.
98-00 have the non vvti version of the engine.
dont get the one that says 98-01, most likely it is for the 98-00. Thats the mistake I made. get the one that says 02-03 or something like that.
The chassis is pretty much the same 93-02. The susp. and engine bays are similar. there are other similarities, i cant think of right now.

well, the 93-97 is totally different from the 98 and up... i mean, im sure you all know already..but they are both recipricles of eachother (newer engine is backwards) but definitly go with the intake for the newer models- it will most likely include places for all the sensors...or if you want try to find an injen intake-thats guaranteed to fit and work..
