The AWD Celica's that were sold over here were called All-Trac, which are the 4th and 5th gen Celica's. But to the rest of the world, all AWD models were called GT-4.

And i'd get it if I had the $$.

That car needs to undergo crash test to make it legal. (mind you gt4 for the 6th gen were not available to the states). I think the legal law for Canada is 14 years. Since its 1995 - by 2009 you could drive that in canadian roads...NOT US!

Mail trucks aren't to truckish....more like the size of a RAV4...you can make the cars legal. I've seen them a whole bunch of times over here in cali.

Its only legal for car to be on right hand side as far as i know if it is imported. The US cannot manufacture a right side vehicle. ANd since it is imported, its legal. Same as the skylines here.

near 14K is a little much for that beast, because if you wanted to go the legal route it would cost some bucks to make it street legal (possibly through motorex). I wonder how it ended up here though.

EDIT: The seller states that it's legal and registerable in any state, so maybe he has done the necessary things.
