    Untucking the rear wheel...

Well, I got tired of my sideskirts scraping when going over 33% of the speed bumps I encounter during the day, so I got some spring spacers. They increase the spring rate a little bit, which I needed since I have the constant weight of my sub and amps in the trunk. They didn't effect the ride too much either.

Thanks. Installing it is easy. Jack the car up, stick the ring between two coils, lower the car.

I've seen something like that in autozone and pepboys but instead of being like a donut it was 2 rubber blocks for each side and they call it coil boosters but vamps looks way safer

Mine fit perfectly between the TRD spring coils with no worry about falling out. If you have something like Intrax springs, where the coils are far apart, you may need to put it towards the top. If you're worried about it coming off, you can drill a hole straight through the spacer and use zipties to secure it around the coil underneath it. You can also get the spacer that only has a coil groove on one side and stick it between the perch and the bottom of the spring. Mine only ran $10 and I got it off eBay. I went the eBay way because it cost $1 less with shipping and only took 2 days to get to me. Plus, the vendor was really helpful in answering my questions. Their eBay handle was race_basics.

single is for between bottom or top of strut and spring and dual is for in between spring and spring

Hey Vamp thanks for the info I just got a set, but I have a question on the back of the box says you can install them between the springs or on bottom of springs all depends how much you want to raise them, so which one will give you the bigger raise in between the springs or on bottom.I see that you put yours in between how much did it raise?

If you put it under the spring, it will raise it as much as the spacer is tall. Between the spring raised mine as much as you can see in the pic. I'm bad at guess-timating distances, but I would say about 1/2" - 3/4".

hey i just cancelled my order wit jcwhitney and picked up a pair at pepboys for $21.74 including tax. I put them in, took 5 minutes total, it looks more than 1/2" kinda, it looks like it raised it about 1". theres quite a fender gap in the back right now but as long as it doesnt scrap my 17x7.5" wheels then im fine wit it. if my tires dont scrap anymore, then this is the best $20 i invested

i also got mine at pepboys but only raised about 1/4" inch I put them between the springs and not at the bottom. Maybe because my springs are 2" drop plus the subs on the back. How did you do yours? I might wait until next week when I put my rims on so I can put them on bottom of the springs instead of between.

i put them in between the springs too, cuz i dont wanna go thru the trouble of takin the springs out and stuff...u got the one in the blue packaging right? i dunno it seems like it raised a lot, but maybe its just me? my tein springs are 1.9" drop in the back i think, plus i have subs, custom enclosure, and 2 amps in the back...but the spacer's still raised it significantly.

Is there a difference on the feel of the car when you guys installed it. I had a friend that installed it on his suv cause he wanted it to be higher cause it starts sagging when he has heavy loads, but when he installed the spacer it got stiffer and I could here the springs bottom out together or something. May be different on the corolla though. But ya Phozenstone it should be worth your 20 bucks cause tires aren't cheap man. I had that rubbing problem on the fenders until I fixed it.

hmm im not sure bout the ride quality, i havent taken the car out for a spin yet cuz its sleeting/snowing now and supposed to rain for the rest of the week. the only thing im scared of is if the car bounces while driving, the thing will fall off.

I guess it's different for you guys since you have a 2" drop spring and I only had a 1.25" drop. I didn't notice the ride suffer much. It did stiffen it up because I isolated 2 coils, but I have several coils on the rear unlike springs such as Intrax.

did you wire tie it down or anything? it just seems unsafe that its just lying there in between the springs.

Mine sat snugly between my coils, as if the spacer was made exactly for my setup.
