Well I have had it on for a whole winter in oregon and it is wet and no problems. Not even any close encounters. Pretty much you have to have your filter submerged in water to suck it into the engine.

Hey ok for starters you can use the CAI and gain close to 10 whp so definitly worth it as long as you have 92-93 octane gas or get a air/fuel controller which I stongly recommend too. And I would personally not put the aem pulley on I have a custom 9 psi pulley to up the boost but not the aem pulley. My engine mods:
    TRD S/C
    TRD CAI
    Unichip
    Aqua Mist Water Injection
    9 PSI Pulley
    Jp Header
    Jp Mid pipe
    Borla Axle Back

it works but just remember...a S/C'd engine wit CAI will suck water outa a puddle alot faster and in more quantity than a N/A engine wit CAI would.

    pulley

Where did you get the 9 psi pulley from? Did you have to get a bigger fuel pump and change out those injectors? Also where you get the header, down pipe and unichip? Those mods easy to install?
