    04 rolla head swap question

    i just got a celica gts engine from my friend who wrecked his celica gts. i was wondering if its possible to swap the head and intake manifold and throttle body from the 2zz gts engine to my 1zz 2004 corolla ce. Does anyone know if its possible and what kind of work is required? any help is greatly appreciated.

    I think you can. I remember reading about it on 2003corolla.org, I think they were calling it a 3zz or something like that. Try doing a search there

    Supershyguy did it to his car. with 6speed part to. he has 98-02 model though. Of course his car is one of the best here.
