    hey guys, noo-b question, what exactly does the resonator box do, and will it make that much of a difference replacing it with direct custom piping? thanks

    pulling of all of the stock intake parts will take like 5 or 10 lbs of your front end.
    A CAI or a SRI wil help out

    resonator box keeps you from hearing the sucking noise the TB makes when it pulls in air. with a cai or sri you will be able to hear it.
