Well you could always paint them.
I personally don't like them. I think they look a little goofy. Who knows, it may look good on your car...

I like my tail lights. I just vinyl redded the turns out last weekend. I was gonna do the reverse too because I thought the white was bright enough to shine through for some reason. Rawrgs.

you'd have regretted buying euros anyway... it'd take about two to three weeks for the 'cool' to wear off. then they just look..... cheap.

I know that point very well. But this just isn't one of those things I really had my eyes set on. That's why I asked for opinions. If I really wanted it I would've said :rule: and fux j00 all, but that's not the case.

And yeah, great analogy. Must put that in my book.

That's kinda taking logic too far though. That means you should NEVER ask for advice because of the possibility that the other person doesn't feel the same way. What are we supposed to base our information on then? People get paid tons of money to design a DVD box and to make the adverts as appealing as possible, should I trust them or should I trust someone else who has watched the movie, regardless of their background (besides for the little information I would have picked up about them; gangster, gothic, ect.)? Yes, it is a hit or miss, but I rather trust a fellow human being than someone just trying to make some dough. A review is the same thing, and Academy Awards too. If a movie is good to many others, it must have something that attracts the human mind, regardless of whether or not you may possibly like it, it will naturally incline you to see it. Otherwise you'd be in misery in the rental place looking for a good movie.

I was once at Hollywood Video and the guy that was checking my movies out told me that "This is a really good movie, you'll enjoy it." And I did. Not saying that it'll happen everytime, but if a person goes out of their way to tell you, there is a bigger chance that it'll be a pretty good movie. Movies are designed for the masses, not the individuals, even though individual opinions vary.

To your point, "What someone finds reasonable can always be disputed." That is true. It is seen all over philosophy. Theories and ideas and then critisms of the theory or idea, and then critisms of the critisms of the theory or idea. Does that mean that no one's point is valid? Possibly... but it's good to have an open mind and open heart to opinions before you make your discussion to which one you will believe.

I only personally brought this up because taillights are a pretty cosmetic thing. And as with most cosmetics, we do it for someone else to see. Not just ourselves. Just like girls who put make up in the morning, or guys who don't wear raggity loose fitting comfortable clothes everywhere. The stuff we do to get ready is not for our physical comfort, it's for our mental comfort that we aren't standing out in a bad way. Someone must think Altezzas to be cool to want to do them. And they must think it's cool for some other reason outside of them, indirect or direct.

I see nothing wrong with asking opinions of others before I make a decision, just knowing the the decision is ultimately mine.

And my opinion to Altezzas? [IMG]

And I don't watch child porn.

I've seen those style taillights on an SRT-4 and personally, I thought it looked sick. About the APC thing, I don't know if they were or not, but I wouldn't really trust APC. Maybe find them from a different manufacturer if you really want them that bad... or if you want them really, really badly, then just buy the APC ones.

I strongly dislike all of the aftermarket tails for the 9th corolla.... with the exception of the all red ones :D but if you want dark tails why dont you consider smoking your own! I did that on a friends golf and it ended up looking hot... and another friend tinted their tails a dark cherry red... also turned out nice.... just some other suggestions!
