    Who has projector headlights?

Im just curious who has them. I used to have them and got rid of them...But i am getting them again because i miss the look. My friend john in jersey has them and he said its all a matter of adjusting the headlights..that was why my lightout put was so bad. Either way Who has em?

i have the ghetto 93-97 version.....damn right, it's the adjustment...my headlights were pointing straight up almost. hahaha....turned em upside down and they were pointing straight down....so i just rearranged the whole thing on the car and they're not so bad now.

I got a pair, but I dropped them off at the shop to get color-matched and haven't picked'em up yet. Hopefully, it'll come out alright cuz I've been reading some bad reviews about them.

I have them, but i haven't been able to install them, becuase I am overseas for the next year. I'll probably do it in November, and switch out the bulbs with some better ones. I heard they sucked, but like people said on this thread, " you have to adjust the light position.

I have them on my 95. My friends call me the "Raccoon" now. But i love the way they look, I changed the bulbs to the Blueish ones. They are real cheap looking over time. Other than that, I love em

I have the headlights everyone is talking about buy unfortunately, they aren't projectors. They have the angel ring. But I must say the setup isnt the highest quality but I sure love the new look it gave my prizm.

    Painted Corners

I noticed on one of the pictures above someone painted there corners. I was thinking of doing something like that also for my 99's corolla, but my question and concern is: When painting those will any light show through? Wont' a cop pull you over if he can't see your turn signal?

I would be happy with real projectors. Not these others ones with the angel ring.

if you do it right, light doesn't shine through the painted spots. i didn't paint the reflector, and they're clear corners with a yellow bulb. light still shines thru on the side where the reflector is. you have to primer it first, then paint it, then clear coat it. did it myself. looks great.

also...on the 93-97's the corner light is just a running light....doesn't have the turn signal in it....the turn signal is below that on the bumper.

I dont know what kind of cover you are talking about, but then again I dont have projectors. Hey RockHard, where in Montclair do you live? I grew up in Alta Loma.

I was gonna buy projectors w/o covers and just have them painted the same color as my car(silver). But I think you can add the covers. . .
