Need help with my car speakers

Im planning to replace the stock speakers of my 95 corolla and i need help...
i have an aiwa cd receiver that says 4 x 50 watts... a local shop told me that can replace all 4 speakers and have it installed for $180, is that a good deal or what? i just want 4 new speakers that would maximize the output of my receiver... no amplifiers, no subwoofers.... any suggestions?

put the speakers in yourself...its not really not all that hard...and you will probably save a good amount of $$ on the install (unless its circuit city then just let them put em in for free)

Yeah, if its free installation let them do it. Otherwise you can install yourself, and you can find better speakers and cheaper on ebay. If your a 93/97 then you need 4" for the front, and 6 1/2 for the rear. The front ones are the hardest to do, thats if you have someone holding the door panel cause you dont remove it ENTIRELY with the door handle, haha. But it should be fine.

for the 93-97s, wasn't it 4" fronts and 5.25" rears?

I didn't have anyone hold the panel for me and it was a royal PIA! I was holding the speaker in one hand, the screwdriver in the other with the screw balancing on the tip of the driver, and holding the panel "open" with my head. Then when I went to put the screws in I kept dropping them.
