heat gun and fishing line. heat up the trim, start pulling the stuff off. it's not clipped on like a Honda.

also - have adhesive remover on hand, and wash/wax the car once you're done. the adhesive remover will get the stickies off, but it'll strip your wax as well.

it allows you to start the trim separation. you don't want to heat it till it starts to fall off...that'll bubble your paint.

sometimes a hairdryer will work if you've got a hot one.

When I took off my side moldings I used my hairdryer, some fishing line, and some goo gone. Heat up the end of the side molding with the hairdryer for like 45 seconds (I put the air concentrator tip on the end of my blow dryer and placed it on the actual molding so the air wouldn't hit my paint). After that you slide the fishing line under the tip of the molding and start a sawing motion until its really under there (you may want to wear gloves or something to keep the fishing line from cutting your fingers) then just pull the line across the entire molding and wala its off! After that you're gonna need A LOT of patience and a bottle of goo gone (I used a normal sized bottle for the whole car and still had some left over). I just squirted goo gone all over the gummy stuff and let it settle for a bit. Then with a credit card and my nails I pushed the stuff (don't know what its called  ) together and rolled it off with my fingers. You'll need lots of patience cuz if you don't wanna scratch your paint you'll have to take your time. Once everything is off wash and wax your car and you can't even tell they were ever there :D

Here's a pic of the concentrator tip just in case you don't know what that is:
