I'm having a bad week

so Tuesday night on my way home, my right rear window gets busted by a rock from a gravel truck. I only got the company name and not the plates so CHP wouldn't help. so head to work the next morning trash bad in place, and of course for the first time another XRS owner is going my way, looks and smiles, I'm like 'crap......no body can see my car like this. I get to work and call around for the window, a local mobile installer quotes me 120 installed. not bad the glass alone is 113 from Toyota, save myself the hassle in the rain. well the guy shows up while I'm out delivering a truck, and finishes before I return. no body bothered to check his work for me. and I assumed all was well when I got back. so I head home that night and go to try out the new window, I hit button, and i hear the motor kick, and the window just sagged in place. you've got to be kidding me, he didn't hook it up to the regulator. and my boss didn't bother to check it? if I'd been replacing a window, or motor, he'd have it triple checked. Long story short, theie windows are no good, so I have one coming from Toyota tomorrow, that I'll just take care of myself

sheesh...you mean Toyota wouldn't cover it since it's within the first year? yikes...i thought they had a warranty on glass...what about your insurance? wouldn't they cover it?
