    Riding on TRD Springs...

Here's some shots of my car on TRD Springs. The ride is pretty good and the car sits at a real nice height. I just have to get used to having the rear lowered again... not used to seeing it tucked. I had to ghetto rig a lower and upper perch cushion for the spring using rubber electrical tape, but it seems to work. Does anyone have any rubber perch cushions and boots they want to sell?

And some other random pics that I have sitting here.

Yeah, I didn't think it would look so low. It sits exactly how I want to, except the rear is lower now since I always had it jacked up before. It's just an optical illusion. I compared it with my friends car who has Intrax on a 1.8" drop and mine was definitely higher.

Not listed, but you can just use the 98-02 springs for your ride since it's the same chassis.

Nice, I rode on TRD's as well, and I liked them. For 93-97 just sue the Eibach ones, they are exactly the same thing. The TRD's even say Eibach on them.

It's probably since I'm on 14" and the sidewall has so much flex that it makes the car sit lower.

vamps is lower like that cause of his shocks (tokico). Those will lower the car maybe another 1/2 to 1 inch.

How do the struts make my car lower? I'm pretty sure the perches on the Tokicos are the same height as stock and KYBs.

you guys are missing the obvious. He has different side skirts which make the car look lower than others.

Yeah, his side skirts make him look lower.

I thought the TRD springs were staggered?

Staggered? You mean higher in back then the front? No, they're 1.25" drop all around.

why? 98-02 springs will fit a 93-97 just fine.

Well, I can honestly say that Tokico's with TRD/Eibach springs aren't all that. I just switched to TRD/KYB GR-2 struts, and they are much better. In fact, one of my Tokico struts was blown out in the front. On the flip side though, Tokico's and Intrax work much better than KYB and Intrax.
