i would be driving along and then i would see this person wearing it... looks so dumb!
yes, most people wearing those are chinese ladies.

i was told this is so that their hands won't be sweaty.

    airbags

ok, what is the freaking deal with these people who put stuffed animals, dolls, air freshener, etc. right on top (on the dash) of the passenger side airbag???? are people really this stupid???
i live in an area where there are a lot of asians and i see this almost daily, people with stuff on top of the passenger side airbag. yes, all the drivers i saw were asians.

either they didn't read the manual or can't read at all or they don't have brains!

Same thing with the people that put their seat all the way to the front. Airbag deploys and the first thing that's going to hit them is their chest.

i see a lot of them in my area too! i think it's coz some people are too short so they move the seat real close to the steering wheel

my mom used to do that...she's slide her seat as close to the front as she could...used to make me do it when she'd drive...

then i got in my accident, where the bag deployed...and she's since slowly started moving back.

I kept on telling my mom that she needs to have it disabled, and she was always saying but it will save me, it wouldnt hurt, my mom is 5"2' and drives a 2003 altima, so after talking to her for awhile and her disagreeing I just disabled it without her knowing,

I do plan on telling her, but I have to mental prep for the agruement that is going to insue

we dont have any asians that do that down here. instead we have 10 amigos packed in the bed of a pickup truck with 4 more in the front seat. thats gonna be a messy accident.

i also almost lost my arm to a airbag and my mom didnt care, I showed her vids of what happens when you sit too close to the wheel and the bags deployed. She said it was BS and that she is keeping.

few more things that really bug me are people who adjust the driver seat so far back to drive, acting like they are cool homies. another one is when guys would sort of lean their shoulder over to the right side and down when they drive. last but not least... we have these new sunglass hat or whatever the hell they call it. it's like a basecap cap with a huge visor that you flip up and down. when u flip it down, it covers your whole face!
